Our offerings include:

• Property services

  We provide all contractual tenant services, collect lease payments and other revenue, supervise contractors, hire and manage building operation and administration staff, and more.

• Tenant relations programs

  Our state-of-the-art customer relations program allows us to build a sense of community at each of our properties. We participate in various tenant functions, take the lead in sponsoring events that bring our tenants together, and have a special section on our management websites dedicated to tenant events. Whether it’s a pumpkin carving contest, a book drive, or a charity fundraiser that benefits the community, we’re committed to partnering with our tenants – to help others and to have fun.

• Accounting and reporting

  Our accounting and advisory services provide tenants with streamlined, simplified financials and include budget preparation, accounts receivable, collections, cash management, and complete financial reports on a monthly or quarterly basis.

• Operations and management

  To keep properties in peak condition, BPG Management provides preventive maintenance programs, insurance and risk management procedures, volume purchasing, online work order systems, standardized bidding, and tenant satisfaction surveys.

• Capital improvement planning

  Leveraging our relationship with BPG Properties Ltd. and BPG Development Company, L.P., we're able to plan interior and exterior renovations including utility consulting, infrastructure improvements, waterproofing, concrete and pavement, fire and life safety systems, and roof renovations.
